On 28 Jul 2024 monthly conference of CREDAI Kolhapur held at Hotel Sayaji, Kolhapur. For this conference Dr Sanjay D Patil sir, (President D Y Patil Group, Kolhapur) was invited. Hon Sanjay D Patil sir gave lecture based on his 40 years+ experience in construction, education field. In same lecture he provided guidence on how to minimize construction cost, time management, personal attention, self purchasing construction equipments. He gave message that any decision taken with courage results to development. He Started working in construction field at age of 18. In past 40 years he constructed 4.5 million sq feet area in Kolhapur. He showed video clip on his work in education & construction field. This conference was fantastic.
